Africans in Rome mark Diop Legacy Month in a grand style

The evening of Friday, February 24, 2023, saw the concluding celebration of Diop Legacy Month in Rome at the Pontifical Salesian University. This cultural and commemorative activity brought together around fifty participants around the theme: The Political Thought of Cheikh Anta Diop. 

The evening was marked by three significant moments: a conference/debate, the viewing of an audio-visual production of the political thought of Cheikh Anta Diop, and finally, positive and informative interventions from participants of the event. The celebration could not see its conclusion without the item of a sumptuous African meal to crown the event.
