I am an African Woman
Title: I am an African Woman
I am African woman.
My womb is the cradle of creation.
My heart is a deep ocean of affection.
I am an African woman.
I have no shame; I am proud of my skin.
Peel off my skin, you will see black and green.
I am an African woman.
The origin of creation started from my ancestors.
All other creatures used them as mentors.
My beauty reflects Africa.
I don’t believe in showing my nudity,
To show forth my purity.
I am an African woman.
My colour is classic.
I don’t need to bleach to be unique.
I am an African woman.
Mother of Africa, voice of all Nations.
There is power in my inimitable variety.
I am an African woman.
My eyelashes, eyebrows, eyeballs are my identity.
My irresistible physique sweeps any man off his feet.
I am an African woman.
My tradition is my attire.
My cultural features are my desire.
I am an African woman.
My voice is scintillating.
My well sculptured eyes are men’s mirror.
Come rain, come shine.
My dialect depicts my cline.
I will never trade my DNA for a dime.
I am proud to be an African woman.
No place like Africa.
I have nowhere to go, Africa is my home.
